Every time I come here I get the best customer service. All the tellers have been very helpful! Today I cannot express the kindness and patience that Danielle had for me and my million questions. She helped me with my kids accounts, loan questions, and more. Thank you Danielle, your amazing!!!!

My name is Ursula, Justin is my boyfriend, and I don’t have a google account. I want to give a BIG SHOUT out to this branch! They are located in WalMart in Swansboro. The staff is ALWAYS cheery, professional and attentive. When there is a line, they help us access the ATM if we don’t need a teller.

The employees at Navy Federal are always friendly kind and helpful. I love this credit union it is by far the best I’ve had. They’ve helped me replace a card when I had fraudulent charges. They print a new card immediately. They offer a lot of great credit cards as well as savings certificates. I have no loans through them but I’ve heard they have good rates. I opened an account for my toddler daughter with ease. I also want to thank Nicole from the call center for helping me, she was incredibly helpful, she guided me through canceling my card when I had a fraudulent charge and gave me information for completing the process.

Dear Bev,
I have been a customer of Navy Federal for nearly five years now. I’ve always had a wonderful experience through every branch worker, except our short approach from you. Please be aware that when you represent a branch inside of a retail store, your attitude towards those people affect your status and business. My husband, who is retired military, our special needs son and myself were coming into Walmart when you walked in front of us and paused to snark, while rolling your eyes as if we were an inconvenience to YOU. Please don’t mistaken our appearance as beneath you, as we are BOTH hard working business owners who bank through YOUR branch. After today’s snobbish behavior, we will pull what we have built there to another bank that is more welcoming and doesn’t roll their eyes with an off-brand polyester suit they obtained from the Sears clearance rack. Thank you for showing us how you really act and represent your branch when you believe Corporate or your biggest client least expects it. Please be kind to those around you.

I'm not sure what's happened to this bank but after 22 years of banking with them, I've left them. The customer service is now awful . I've asked them to deposit checks many of times to an account and it goes in the wrong account. Was told to go have a seat and twenty minutes later , the fat guy that works the counter then tells me , oh they can't close your account today . I said oh so you have me wait this long and don't tell me ? No I'm sorry or anything but just rude and didn't care . Banking else where after today where they're personable and value you. Sadly navy Federal has forgotten manners , communication and done .
