My son received a "live" check in the mail for around $1500. He was in college and needed a little cash, so he cashed the check. I thought it would be good and also help him build his credit. I helped him monitor the account. We paid it off 4 months early. Never heard a word until 6 months later when his credit report took a nose dive. Turns out they added a small finance charge (less than $15) somewhere along the line. We never knew about it, so we never paid it. When we did find out, we paid it, but their computer kept flagging him for several more months with Experian, etc... It took a full year to get his credit fixed and the late charge removed. So much for trying to help someone out. WATCH YOUR BACK if you borrow from these people.

I've gotten two loans from them in the past two years and I've had nothing but positive experiences. My interest rate was high but understandably so because it was my first ever loan. They always worked around my schedule which was nice when I switched jobs. They've been nothing but kind and curteous to me. If I get another auto loan it will be through them just because of the outstanding service I've gotten thus far.

My first experience with federal financial was awesome. I've been a customer for about 5 years never been late on my payments and paid my first car off. I later received a 500 dollar loan never late always on time and when I wanted to add more money on my account they denied me for having another loan with another company. I really hate this company now, I have been a loyal on time customer and this is how I get treated no more business from me!!! Andrew at the Patterson ave branch sucks!!!

Jennifer is very rude ,She needs a huge lesson on customer service and how to deal with the public. She is very rude and nasty and I requested that she should not call my phone. I can’t deal with nasty rude customer service reps this lady is miserable and must hate her job she really needs a lot of prayer and help. Boot her off the team she is ruining it for the entire company. Cooperate should really hear how she handles customers. She once accused me of telling a staff member I worked at the bank. I’ve never stepped foot in a bank as an employee then giggled once I informed her how bogus that was and I’ve never said anything of that nature. Smh she’s sad and I really don’t care for her at all. Jennifer should not be in customer service with that negative nasty attitude of hers period.

Jennifer is the worse customer service rep I've ever spoken to. She is rude and you can tell she is miserable with her life. I hope karma eat her alive! I called to make a partial payment and she wouldn't accept it. I killed her with kindness though. Ive never heard of company not excepting any type of money you're willing to pay and I'm only behind one payment lol! I laughed in her face because she's miserable! Gotta be!! Im refinancing in January and I don't advise anyone to deal with these people. Every time I try to apply for a personal loan or get loan against my car they are never available. What type of business are yall running where you don't have loans every time a person call? Jennifer and her manager needs to be replaced and like I stated before I pray karma eat you alive!!!!!

I had a vehicle financed through Federal back in 2017...I paid the vehicle off in 2018. Federal Finance is so unprofessional that my title is still under their name according to NCDMV in 2023!! They have absolutely no idea what customer service is, avoid using this company!
