I received a loan from this company with the help of my grandmother around a year ago. My credit is not that great and it certainly takes time to get it to a good place. Recently I contacted them to refinance the loan to be able to have my grandmother removed from the loan as I didn’t want her to have to have any responsibility for the loan. I have made 11 payments to Lendmark consistently. I’ve never asked for extensions or anything. I was told that because my credit still wasn’t good that they wouldn’t be able to refinance it (since they could only do it if the balance was over $1000). So essentially I am penalized for paying the bill leading it to reduce the amount owed ( what you’d think they would want-someone who pays) and not valued for being loyal and not defaulting on the loan which a lot of times people do. I feel unappreciated as a customer and quite frankly, just another loan number.

This is the worst place to get a loan from. There’s a guy name Patrick that’ll tell you one thing over the phone and you get the loan completed and it’s something different. He does not give accurate info. The manager Mike or whatever his name may be is rude. He was demanding a payment as if I had gotten the loan from him. My payments are always on time. The one time it’s 9 days late they are acting as if I never pay it when I also get a 10 day grace period. Worst company ever !!!!!!!!!!!

I always check around before I suggest a loan/finance company. Just listened in on a call my former student had with Kendra of the Hanes MIll Road branch. WOW! Rude, arrogant, clueless, vague...and I will make SURE to teach my students that such "Customer Service" is not acceptable and condescending. When discussing someone's credit with them, a loan officer should be polite, insightful, and informative. She wasn't! I wanted to reach through the phone and wring her neck! She was highly unprofessional and terribly crude. Bye Kendra (with a wave of my hand). You need more training. Wish I could rate her and her company lower. I told my student to go elsewhere.

I filled out a request for a second loan over three weeks ago. If took them 4 days to get back with me. And representative name Lori said we are having “Customer Appreciation week” 😂 . I will get back with you after this. Two weeks later nothing from them. I start calling them asking going on with this loan on give us a couple more days. Then today when I called Ms Attitude Flores said it’s nothing we can do for you. Wow my credit was 100 pts more this time then 6 months ago. These people never have customers and always saying they are so busy. Please shut these predators lenders down.
