Ive been with wells Fargo for the past 6 or 7 years, haven't had any problems. I can even Direct Deposit my checks through the application. Saves a ton of gas & time.

So far, it's been the best bank I've ever used. My only complaint is that it's not the kind of bank where they know you by name and you get that personal, hometown banking kind of treatment. But still a good bank, no doubt.

The only reason they get a 2 star experience is because they are at least friendly, but as far as service goes.... these people have their heads up their arses. Have had them for 4 months and that is as long as I will keep them. I asked the lady there if she could fax a letter to me and she asked me if it was t Wells Fargo I said no it was to the place that is foing to direct deposit money into your bank. Well apparently Wells Fargo does not have the ability to fax. The only thing they have access to is to fax another Wells Fargo. I highly doubt that is the case. To bad I do not have a BNC branch here, they always went the extra mile in any way to help out their customers. They helped me out with printing emails, faxing, faxing things not even bank related as well. That is what customer service is all about. Not WELLS FARGO.

Nobody answers the phone when you call. You have to make an appointment to do mostly anything except a deposit or withdrawal online. I went through the hassle of filling out all my information and requesting an appointment. The day before my appointment a banker called and asked for the reason I'd be coming in. When I told her she said they don't offer that service in this branch, I'd have to go down to Bowman. If they answered the phone in the first place I would have avoided a lot of frustration and time wasted!
