They drag their feet like crazy giving me refunds from Amazon. It's ridiculous. It takes a week to see the refund with these guys. Green dot is literally the same day or next. Trying to get fnbo to process anything is like pulling teeth.

Dean died May 30th, 2019, he is not available to sign or out talk to anyone!
I am so upset with this bank, that I ended up moving all my accounts to
Pinnacle, just think Dean had two accounts I had three accounts with the IRA
I have no interest in putting money in that account I certainly do not understand why you won’t close it other than the fact you are like vultures waiting for someone else to screw up and send a bill to that account!
I have no intention of paying for the charges. So I think you need to CLOSE the account!
Or, I’ll have someone with a bigger voice ask! This has been going on since the first part of January so get on with it!

Waited in line for 10 minutes before leaving as well as another customer, only had 2 tellers during a busier time in the day.
