There's banks that talk about customer service and there's banks that live customer service. This one lives it! Ross was so down to earth and just good dude he helped me out in a pinch and I'm forever grateful for that! I appreciate what you guys do and I will be a member four life. Great bank and I love the customer service! Always friendly and very helpful. I always have problems cashing my payroll checks and they have been helpful every time with cashing them! Only thing I wish is that they had more convenient locations. I live far south and they only have 1 location in Lincoln far North. They should’ve never closed the south Walmart location! Other than that best banking customer service ever! Will always use them for my banking needs! The teller Avanthony is also a great person to work with as well!

2.5 years ago I received a personal loan with cobalt credit union. And they were a pleasure assisting me, and getting me all set up. I moved about 1 month later, and had forgotten to update my address with them. Turns out 2.5 years later and my autopayments were not set up correctly, and I had been paying about 15 bucks short a month. I never heard a word from cobalt about anything. Even though they had my phone number and email on file. I found out from my credit dropping. I take full responsibility for this misunderstanding. But you cannot look at your loan information online, and their website is very non user friendly. The best they could do to help me with this issue is give me an 8 dollar late fee discounted.

Well needed a small loan $2400 to complete the sale of a car. We needed the car because we have a disabled child. The went through all documentation and said no problem. They jerked us around for a week, f..ed up the deal and have left us high and dry. Before this I was going to start business with them but they are completly unprofessional. We have the income and the credit worthlessness. If your customers are the owners then why not ask them. Let's put it to a vote. Appearenty they could care less about parents with a car with serious defects that would cost way more to fix that a measly loan to replace it. I hope we have to drive the old car to them again becaus it has no brakes and I hope it stops in the middle of their lobby
