Their ATM is built into the building (not in its own lane) past the teller window. If there are any cars in that lane, go get money elsewhere because you may wait a long time to access it.

Teller informed me wrong and almost created a really bad situation for me financially. The supervisor/manager, Beth Schoeppner-Miller, was completely rude to me. I have never experienced such poor customer service. She literally just watched me get upset and wouldn’t come over to help me with my problem until I asked her to. She was very disrespectful to me and nobody should bank here. She argued and raised her voice at me in front of everybody in the bank. She should lose her job. I have lost all trust in this bank and you should too.

Used them when I first moved from Wisconsin to put money in my bank since they had the shared banking. Due to policy changes with my previous bank I needed a new credit union and chose members-only because I always had a good experience. Have not regretted the switch. They have been a great bank.

I have been a member of MembersOwn Credit Union for over 10 years. We joined when my husband worked for the telephone company and stayed because of the incredible customer service and competitive rates. MembersOwn is easy to work with and they take good care of our family. I like it when they say "we treat you like you own the place - because you do." I would recommend MembersOwn Credit Union to anyone.

This place is a JOKE. DO NOT do any type of business through this company. I have experienced nothing but issues. Whether it be MembersOwn pulling payments out twice, or just altogether forgetting to tell me that my payment from three months ago was never received, when my bank verified twice that this was all sent on time, and never refunded. Unorganized, unprofessional, and an illegitimate business. Avoid the stress, rude staff, and headache altogether by avoiding this place at all costs. Working with Terry was a nightmare.
