Maggie at the credit union was super nice and made it very easy to become a new member. She was knowledgeable and everything got done really quickly. The whole place really felt like a small town bank where everyone knows everyone. It was a great atmosphere with very welcoming people!

I have concerns regarding the 52nd st location on O Street. I visited with my 89 yr old dad who likes banking in person. There was a bell to ring in order to be admitted. We rang. It took more than a few minutes to get in. We knocked on the door to get someone's attention. It appeared the line of sight was blocked from the counter to the front door. MY CONCERN IS THIS: an older person could fall and be outside for an unlimited time before being noticed. Our experience is the bell is an unreliable way to get attention during business hours. We note that public institutions like the University of Nebraska are expected to be on the forefront of ADA. This facility falls far short and as an attorney I think the CU is falling FAR SHORT OF NONLIABILITY.

I live away from Nebraska, so I'm usually interacting with staff on the phone. I appreciate, so much, that a person always answers when I call, and cares that my questions are answered abs/or other needs are met. You provide stellar service.

I have banked at the Credit Union for over 5 years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They have also made it easy to apply for a home mortgage and several car loans, and the interest they charge is more than competitive.

I started as a student and loved it. I may have moved away and started my life but there’s a reason NUFCU is still my bank and it’s the people. I’ve been treated great when I was a poor student and that’s people first focus rings true even though I’m no longer around. Jake Johnson, in particular, goes over and above to help me. Not just with my financing, but with making smart and sound financial decisions. He truly has my best interests at heart and you just don’t find that in many industries anymore.

I had always had great experiences working with NUFCU. Maggie at the credit union is one of the best employees I’ve interacted with. Recently, I moved to new state and needed some documents for completing paperwork at a state office. I ran into bunch of hurdles at the state office to get my documents in the order.
Maggie worked with me so efficiently at each step to ensure everything got done correctly and on time.
