Welcome to 1995 with their junk online account system. I repeatedly had to call customer service to reset my password. In fact, I updated it, saved the password, and waited 3 hours. I then tried logging in and it required me to call again. WT*explicit*. Yep, go somewhere else to do your financing!

Don’t waste your time or points on your credit score. The customer service is terrible, the loan officers could approve you today and deny you tomorrow. Their approval process is completely based on a whim. I’ve seen them approve some people and deny others with the same history.

Never experienced such a polite and professional staff. Always seem happy to hear from me when I call to ask about my financing. I have used them a few more times over the years and have consistently great service. More companies should treat their customers like AgDirect does.

I was probably Ag Direct’s most raving fan/ customer for the past 10 years. Literally hundreds of deals in the millions of dollars as a partner/customer for them. They used to take me out for lunch, buy me drinks at different events, always did outstanding to show appreciation. All of that was completely forgotten when a new? (Not sure) agent I’ve never met before this deal decided he had a problem. They didn’t bother to hear the other side of the story. I’ve never been treated so unfairly in my life. Forget it!

I must have fallen into every black hole at this company in the short year I have been with them. Just the worst customer service ever until you just lose it and demand to speak to a manager if the representative is willing to transfer you or follow through on a call back. One problem after another which takes speaking to what seems like every employee there before you find someone willing to do their job correctly. I'm not sure if it's pure incompetence, laziness or the employees don't have the correct tools to administrate accounts. Don't trust their website with scheduling advance payments to your accounts. Always double check your bank account payments are cashed. Call at least twice to verify information each time you will get different conflicting information. No, customer service representatives don't note your account even though they say they will and will not follow through with items they said they would. This means more of your time wasted, no resolution and the person who needs the information doesn't get it and it all is just incredibly frustrating. Find another lender who has it together otherwise it could cost you your livelihood!

Do not use this company. They mail our invoice late almost every month. Then try to charge us a late fee. They always have an excuse as to why it is late. Worst customer service I have dealt with in a while.

99% of people will never qualify for a loan here. Don't waste your time and take a credit score with them
