Eric Juel, Assistant Manager, has zero respect for clients once their contract is signed. Eric takes zero initiative to assist with any issues that may occur the moment you leave his office, he considers his job done at that time. He assumes, and takes short cuts, that in my case, and potentially yours, leave you paying the price. He looks down on his clients, and is unwilling to lift a finger to assist them with any issues they encounter, regardless of who is to blame. If you find yourself in need of loan, and expect to be treated with respect and consideration , steer clear of Eric Juel.

If I could leave less stars I would. Had loans open with this company since 2018. Multiple times asked them not to call me at work they continue to do so. An employee named Eric even went so far as to call one of my co workers extensions even though mine is on file and then proceeded to argue with me about my request to not call my office being on file. His tone and attitude were so unprofessional if he was working under me he would be written up or even fired. Tried to tell me I was farther behind on payments than I was just to try to make his point so lie to get ahead when I can literally pull my account balance up online right on the app and when I called him out on that he got even more unprofessional than he started. Anytime I call the office I go to a voicemail no one ever answers the phone there when I do call during times that are convenient for me to discuss. Poorest customer service I have ever experienced.

Locations in Nebraska have a waiting list with hundreds of applicants. I have been waiting a week on a pre-approved loan response. I found out today they were ordered to pay $20 million in May 2023 for deception and fraud. I think I should cancel my loan application now.

The process was simple, they called to confirm the information that I submitted was accurate, gave me options of what loans were available to me and broke it down on how much my monthly payments would be and went through other options that were also available to me to add to the loan and signed all the necessary documents and had the money in my account that same day. Thank you.
