This is the worst company to get your car loan through.
We called for deferred payment due to unexpected expenses, before due date to get ahead of it. We were not ‘qualified’ because our account wasn’t delinquent, which is a GOOD THING. So the rep advised he would send a request up for an extension request for a $50 FEE.
EXPLAIN WHERE THIS MAKES SENSE ??
My account has always been in good standing.
Why would you advise people to go 2 months behind to be prioritized for an extension?? That would RUIN my credit && look terrible on payment history. Make it make sense.
If I’m telling you I can’t make my payment due to hardship what makes you think I can afford the $50 fee to possibly get denied this request because my account is in good standing ???
Then proceeds to tell me oh okay I’ll just go ahead and send it up, after explaining how this does not make sense.
And this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this company as talking to the reps it’s as if everyone is new on the job & have no idea what they are doing.
I work in customer service myself and this is by far the worst company, customer service and just idiotic policies I’ve ever encountered. Definitely looking to refinance elsewhere.
