Every time I go to this branch I am reminded why I don’t go here. I get a expense check from my company every month and have been cashing it every month for the past 4 years. Recently they will not cash it and tell me I have to deposit it. The first time they told me I couldn’t cash I Asked them why and they said if we deposit it this month you will be able to cash it next time since you have the same check every month. I went in the next month to cash it and they told me I couldn’t cash it I asked why and this time they told me that they cannot cash company checks they can only cash personal checks so I would have to deposit it again and then withdraw the money. In the mean time I went to the branch by my office and they cashed the checks with no issues or questions. I went back to this branch with my regular company check and another check I had for something else. Same thing told me I can’t cash the checks. I asked why. They said since I had checks written from multiple different banks they couldn’t cash it because it looks like it may be “fraudulent” since I have multiple checks. Ridiculous. We have multiple personal and company accounts with this bank and my experience with this branch makes me really want to look into changing everything over. I could understand if the “policy” was consistent but every time it is a new “policy” or excuse. And good luck if you show up 5 minutes before they close. They will not be helpful.

The employees are great, as to be expected. Brenda at the Springfield location is so nice and accommodating. The issue is their website and mobile app are down a lot. I can't tolerate not being able to access my account when I need to. I do not recommend banking with Pinnacle if you need to access your account daily.

I recently moved to town and needed to switch to a local bank so I choose Pinnacle. Opening the accounts was smooth and the branch manager was very helpful. Since then the internet banking app has been down multiple times and won’t allow me to make a mobile deposit into my savings account. The two times I’ve called this branch the tellers I have spoken too have been less then helpful. They don’t have the answers to my questions and seem to need additional training. I hope it gets better. If it does I’ll update my review to reflect any improvements.

I can never get the right change back when I go in to get cash for a business. The money is never facing the same direction. It’s upside down or backwards. (Maybe that’s just me, but I’ve never seen a bank have such messed up money)
The other day they forgot to give me the $40 in dimes and left $3 in the counting machine. So I had to go back!
