The teller was on the phone for 14 minutes while I stood there waiting to be helped, possibly longer because I left. I understand if you are with a customer on the phone, but when the other teller is busy counting change and opening an account for another customer and there's a line piling up, you don't just sit there on the phone. She should have asked the customer on the phone to wait a minute on hold, while she took care of the customers who are right in front of you. Very rude. And she wouldn't even acknowledge me and say I'm sorry , one minute. Nothing. Like I wasn't there. I'm very disappointed in the service. I have been banking with cornerstone for awhile now. I will not go back to that branch.

if i could rate 0 stars i would.
My business banks through Cornerstone and i called the location in walmart to ask if i could get $1's. was told they closed at 4 and could not do it for me because they have to have everything balanced within a certain amount of time. i am very dissatisfied. never have i been treated the way that teller treated me today. seems like pure laziness, i have called this location many times, and never been told no, just told they have to verify my business account.

This location has gotten way better tellers at it than before. I've been greater with a smile almost every time we go. I have the kiddos with me and they always talk to them and ask how old. Way better experience than I've had before.
It's also really nice that they are open on Saturday afternoons. Wish it was a little later than 4pm but we make it work.
