Absolutely the worst company. We had a unique problem and my sales guy said he was gonna take care of it and never did then when I starting calling everyday to get answers, my sales guy Jason got an attitude with me and now I’m just getting ignored by him and the head sale guy, they won’t answer my calls or my emails. This is completely unacceptable for a corporate company to deal with problems. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

This company sent me a loan application through docusign when I didn't ask for it. Then they repeated to send me reminders EVERY TWO DAYS FOR 6 MONTHS...even after I requested to stop multiple times. Luis Marriott is the "underwriter" who continuously sends me this application and I'm quite sure he has it sending as an auto-reminder. This is not cool. Business owners beware. Not surprised this company has a 2.8 star reputation on Google.

My company was approved for $150,000 equipment loan, I only needed $4,000. After several conversations I signed the contract (which by the way, the monthly payment was higher they originally quoted), they charged $231 from my account and said I just needed to wait for the equipment. 2 week passed without any information and decided to send them an email, which was answered with the following message: " our company decided not to give you the loan, sorry, have a great day". Really? After a month, being approved (Not pre-approved) for a loan 40 times higher the amount that I requested, signed the agreement and charge my account? This is a scam and you have to avoid giving your information to this company.

They charged me for insurance on my equipment, meanwhile I had insurance on it the entire time. They only refunded me up to 6 months of the insurance payments and I was paying it for over 2 years. When covid hit and I asked them to settle, their settlement amount was only 3% off of the remaining balance, meanwhile other banks that I had financed other equipment with all offered 10-15% off total balance of the loan. They have zero sympathy for anyone who goes through a rough time. They are ruthless. If you’re more than three days late over your due date, they charge a $200 late fee. They won’t waive the late fee unless you pay what’s owed and then they send a “request” to have it waived. They will take your first born if they can. Please use Amur equipment finance, Lakeland bank or any other financial institutions for your financial needs, especially if you’re a business!

LOOK OUT FOR HIDDEN FEES and other tricks!!! If you've already fell victim, file a Better Business Bureau complaint and a Federal Consumer Protection Bureau complaint. I clearly applied for a vehicle loan. The documents were written somewhat generally as if they could be used for a purchase or rental agreement. After the transaction went through they intentionally delayed my payment terms and applied my payments toward a rental instead, even though the title, title application, and other documents were completed for a purchase. It seems as if it's an attempt to extort additional money from buyers. Look somewhere else for financing!!!
Someone replied to this post and said they made some adjustments because of my concerns. They actually made adjustments because I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and a Federal Consumer Protection Bureau complaint. The person also said the company tried to reach me, but that's not true.

Referred to this finance company to finance shop equipment. After a couple days I called to check the status, got a call back shortly after, told I was denied, no explanation other than I would get a letter in the mail within 30 days. Guy on the phone said it’s just not approved. It’s a blessing, the reviews speak volumes. Surprised the other company referred me. It’s going up the chain there. They don’t need to do business with these clowns.

I financed a 30 foot gooseneck trailer and a 16 foot gooseneck dump trailer through them in 2016 and everything was very professional, friendly and everything was great... Very professional experience.

I gotta say this is the worst bank I have every dealt with. I get put on hold all the time when it comes to customer service and then the connection drops. I have to got through 20 steps to get there and I am sick of it. We have shown them proof of insurance and they stopped charging me for 2 months then started doing it again. They have breached the contract this time. They only refunded us 1000 ish dollars of the 10500 of insurance we already had. They charged an additional 130 dollars on payments of 580 dollars a month. I pay that in full coverage with liability alone for the truck!
