Can you leave a zero. I have an auto loan. Since 2019 the online banking system is always creating issues for me. Their phone systems and customer service is whacked! Nothing works like they say. As of right now. The accounts that I use to make mobile deposits to pay for my auto loan are missing. I've been on the phone with their reps and nobody can say anything to correct the situation. None of them can locate my accounts. They are always changing their online service. I just want to know where my money is going and control it myself.

Worst bank around. They've employed a contact center so you can never actually talk to your own bank that has all your money in it without speaking to the contact rep first. Good luck too because the Contact Center doesn't have a branch number either so they can only put a message in on your behalf in hopes that someone gets back to you. So, if you have a timely issue, don't count on this bank coming through for you. I mean, I feel like my money is held hostage right now.

This bank is a joke. Their customer service is beyond terrible. I spent over two weeks on the phone everyday with them as two of my debit cards wouldn’t work, they stated nothing was wrong with them. After posting an issue on BBB, they finally reached out to me and were magically able to find what the problem was at that time. After the BBB case was closed, customer service went back to being subpar. I spoke with one of the higher managers there, and she gave me the exact quote of, “We don’t have enough staff to have good customer service”. Pretty poorly run company IMO. Fortunately this is my secondary bank. Service Credit Union is 100% better. Please run, don’t walk, away from this credit union.

Terrible to deal with the online banking. Website is constantly being made more inconvenient, weird changes to how to login and can't get into portal. When you are busy all day running around after a toddler and can't do anything till 7 at night, this bank makes things very difficult. They used to have an 800 number for after hours. Now I'm stuck sometimes missing making a payment because of their sudden changes to login process and of course I still get charged the late fee even though it's not my fault. If this wasn't the only bank close by to me, I'd have left it a long time ago.

Wish I didn’t get my car auto loan through this shut company…. Been calling for a week for no help to make an automatic payment and never call back. Definitely going to refinance before I even make my first payment.

I have been with NECU for years. I can always count on a positive experience with all staff - they are knowledgeable, patient and friendly. My financial questions/needs are always met. I couldn't be happier!

Evil credit union. I paid off my loan and reported it as delinquent to the credit bureaus for several months in a row. I have the title in hand. My credit score dropped 100 points. Nobody is willing to help. NECU is at best a joke and at worst malicious towards its customers.

Can not say one bad thing about Chris St Peters!!!! They were amazing and so helpful! Very professional, polite, agile, positive and many more! I’m glad they were able to assist me and I quite honestly would not have wanted it to be anyone else. I will only be going back to them. Give them a raise!!!!!!!
