I am a member at an associate credit union that is out of state. They are simply wonderful when helping me do my banking even though I am not an actual members. They are hassle free. I will open an account with them.

Someone else said it perfectly, staff is a hit or miss. I typically have good experiences going to the tellers but it's a headache when you want to speak to the bank workers In the back
for accounts and loan services.

Tech support is literally the desk folks which do their best. God bless them. Mobile app sucks. Great people work there. Online, I can't log in to get important info I need for a legal case because "site is down" come on!!!!!

They will freeze your card if you buy stuff 2 hours away from your home. it has happened to me more than once and I couldn't get in contact with someone to unfreeze it after calling. I also once tried to go in person because I couldn't get help with something online just for the elderly black woman there to flat out tell me it had to be done online when it couldn't because there's literally no option. No online help support in the slightest and calling only works some of the time. Don't waste your time when only half the employees care about you and doing their job correctly.
