If there was less then 1 star they would get it. They held a insurance check 7 working day with out releasing any portion to have work done on our home. Manger could have released some to get work started when check goes through it will all be taken out and put in a institution with some compassion. There is letter of the law and spirit and intent of the law, I'll explain that to there manager if the institution will

Only reason they got 1 star is because I had to rate it on their scale. WORST BANK EVER, horribly rude and unknowledgable Custer service. Our debit card expired same time as web access was locked. Coincidence NOT.

Calling is hit or miss. Seems like sometimes someone will just pick up and hang up. Will be refinancing back to Navy Federal.

Employees lack training. Have problems at least once a month for the simplest stuff because they just don’t take care of what you ask or communicate in other departments within the bank to resolve the issue. Never had a single problem between USAA and NAVY FEDERAL to this day

7 business day hold on a cashier's check before they make the funds available to you. Seems suspicious, like they accrue interest on your money for 10 calendar days and keep that interest for themselves.

If I could I would leave less stars. This “banking institution” is the worst I have ever had. I’ve had a account since about 2010 with them and when I finally decided to move everything to them as far as direct deposit , refinance stuff they move money with out my consent and refused to reverse the changes. I have had so many head aches with them it’s ridiculous. You would think that after approximately 13 years of being there I would get a little bit of a heads up before having my accounts messed with. And their “system updates” are a dam joke I was locked out of my account for almost a month. Wasn’t able to use my cards or checks. Couldn’t even see my balance. And all they say is “ your not the only one, we are working on it.” Why even do it on a Friday when people get paid? Worthless place. Highly recommend anywhere else including putting your money in your mattress before going there.

I was on the phone for 1 hr 5 mins. On hold for 40 before I talked to a manager. I tried to explain a stop payment the bank wouldn't budge to help fix the problem until I unstop a payment couldn't offer a concern if this place of business just randomly takes payment out of my account.
