Unacceptable in Espanola branch, I tried numerous times to get help and information on opening up an account for my son. Phone calls not returned, do not answer the phone when transfered. I actually went into the branch and was not able to be helped with my questions.

The manager, Reyna, at the this branch is very helpful in assisting with accounts and customer service. She ensures that all our questions are answered and our business accounts are in order. Thanks for all your help!

Came two days In a row for an issue I was having with my bank and your employee Jessica in the espanola location helped me both times, she's very sweet and seems to care about us banking here unlike other banks I've previously been to but I just wanted to leave a review to show how pleased and greatful I am with her and I thought I would drop a review here so hopefully she can get recognized for her work and attentiveness.

I just want to thank Mario Vega from the Santa Fe branch for continuing to keep in contact with me and was still willing to help me with getting a vehicle. Thank you so much to Patricia Sanchez for taking the time to work with me every step of the way and help me understand everything that I was doing throughout the process. I was approved and was able to get the vehicle that I wanted and that worked for me and my family. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me and work with me!

I received great customer service when I went in to open accounts for my children. That included that I had the newborn with me who woke up crying and needed to eat. I was made comfortable to take care of his needs and not rushed. We were able to handle all of our needs, including the littlest one.

Guadalupe Credit Union is an amazing bank. It's amazing because of the employees working there. Always professional, they will do the best they can for you each and every time. Rather it's purchasing a vehicle, opening an account or better yet if you have an emergency, they work as if it's their emergency. So quick and helpful. I could go on and on. What an awesome experience it is to bank with Guadalupe Credit Union’s Espanola Branch Manager, Rayna Bustamante. This lady has gone above and beyond the call of duty. I was needing to settle some business rather quickly and I knew she was someone I could trust and reach out to. I have never felt like an inconvenience to her or her time. She listened to my needs and worked her magic. Not only is she most knowledgeable about banking practices she actually makes banking enjoyable. I would recommend Rayna over and over to whomever needs help opening a new account or borrowing a loan. If you're in need of someone who is professional and efficient, kind and friendly, I would most definitely say to ask for Rayna.
