I do most of my banking on-line. A big qualm about their on line usage, password has to be changed more often than most other places, and happens at the most inconvenient times. Tasks that were easier before (the latest system), and were very good, now even the easiest task are very cumbersome. Otherwise Fair.

I used to like Zia alot because they are there to "help" their client's, Lately I don't know if every person I talk to on the phone is in a bad mood, Don't like their job or are just straight out rude! They speak to you as if you are dumb and don't understand a thing!!! EXPLAIN BETTER!! Soon will be moving all my accounts to another credit union that does help you and will be glad to take my money!! ZIA YOU ARE FAILING!!

I have had an account for over 10 years and I'm fed up. Their drive thru takes forever; if you go inside with a problem their rude; and don't even get me started on direct deposit.

I’ve been a member for 27 years and recently had to open a new checking and savings account. Everything went smoothly, appropriately and flawlessly. I can definitely recommend ZIA credit union. They’re very professional and promptly tended to my requests. Thank you.

Doesn't deserve even one star. Such a shame to hear the branch manager braging about a former employee being "gone". The manager her self should check the way she handles matters around the members and others in the branch. To hear such words and joy come out of her mouth about an employee is a shame. I really hope she get a little more training on how she handles situations like this. I also, hope the board is aware of her attitude and how unprofessional she behaved this morning. Looking at the reviews this is not the first time someone has given less than one star because of the manager. Maybe a little digging into someones professionalism should be done.
