First of all I want to say that I received the best customer service from Pamela Medina. She was so pleasant to speak with and very kind to me. With that being said, I would like to complain about the rest of the staff. The other ladies that work there are extremely rude. I can only imagine how the other women act when customers are not in the building. Good job Pamela for making my experience good, only thanks to you!

I started an account with this bank O last year 2020 about the middle of the year I have never been able to use my debit card as a debit card the only way they let me use it is by a credit card and they turn it off anytime That they feel like it. And then when I call to try to get an answer these people oh well we'll call you back when we have an answer on it that's ridiculous.

This bank has made it a habit to just " lose " your money in your accounts they will also close accounts with no warning and just keep that money for them selfs their mobile app is horrible the staff has been ok sorry the most part though they will not help enless you go to the bank on person go to any other bank in hobbs
