Rude manager. Expects you to make several trips down to when it is convenient for them to decide they want to work. Went in just to refinance after they said we were approved ,they had 4 people working, 1 customer. And was told we needed to call before we came down. Made us feel as if we were causing them such an inconvenience. Ended up walking out. Had 2 payments left, and they would call my husband's phone at least 20 times a day. I'm sure they feel they can treat the customer anyway they want since they bought out most of the small loan places in Hobbs.

Called for an appointment. The people I spoke to were very kind at first, I get a call back and the line immediately hangs up. I call back they say give her a few she’ll call back. All was still ok, I got the call back but we couldn’t hear each other (I find this out as she’s being rude). So I call back a little later and she was completely unprofessional in the way she spoke to me, and simply because it’s the end of the day. I’ll never use this company, and I’m going to discourage anyone it applies to from using this company. Thanks to your worker, your competitors will do my loan.
