Pioneer Bank, Ruidoso, NM

Have not been the happiest with my bank branch, but Gloria from the call center is heaven sent! If the corporate office and bank branches could model her great customer service, there'd be no competition! Thank you again Gloria!

I went into Pioneer expecting the same "give us your money, and get out" attitude most other banks have. I went to Pioneer on the recommendation of several co-workers and friends that had nothing but praise, and I did not regret it one bit. I was serviced by Beverlee who not only patiently answered my questions and concerns, but also went out of her way to educate me on a lot of topics and options I would have had no clue about otherwise, she even stayed late to make sure I was satisfied. If nothing else, their customer service was top notch. Assuming that what I understand after leaving today is true, their services will be as well.

My husband & I recently opened a checking account here. AWESOME customer service from Roxanna "Roxie" Segovia. Very professional & she made the process easy. Even got a free gift. We had a large bank prior to this. We were looking for something a little more personal & close to our second home in Alto. I think we've found it at Pioneer Bank!
