I would give them zero if possible. Rude staff who don’t want to help, their favorite thing to do is pass the responsibility to someone else and said “no, sorry”. I sold my car and got a check from the dealership from Wells Fargo and they REFUSED TO CASH IT! I was baffled! The staff is horrible to people and not helpful at all. I was going to switch my banking from BOA to WF but not after this! My advise, go elsewhere!

I moved here a few years back and was use to good service by a smaller hometown bank. Wells Fargo is the only chain bank in town and they really don’t care what kind of service they give or their reviews. Who do they think they’re fooling. If they wanted to give good service they wouldn’t look for every excuse not to!

Left my card in their drive up atm and it got shredded apparently, tried to go get a new one but was told the bankers were booked until the following week because they aren’t there as much due to “COVID” I was told to call a number to order a new one so now I have to use cash until it gets delivered. Called the number to order a new card and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Horrible customer service. I would highly recommend going to another bank. That’s what I’m going to do once this COVID stuff is over because they make it too difficult to do anything.

After waiting over 30min past our appointment time for a simple notary service, the bank declined to notarize. Unbenounnced to us, and after we've notarized leases every year at WF, they now only offer this service to account holders. Meaning all parties must have an account or else no dice. This is the worst bank in the world! I will never put a solitary $ in this establishment, and based on nationwide reviews, it looks like this place will fail in due time. Good riddance!

Absolute worst bank EVER. In the span of 10 days they placed holds on checks I deposited and returned one BECAUSE OF MY SIGNATURE!!! Then held my payroll check stating there is ‘suspicious’ activity on the account paying me. Well my boss has no notifications and it shows posted in her account. I closed both of my accounts and am moving down the road!! You guys are the worst ever.

Don't even think about these people answering the phone. If there are actually people in the branch, they're probably just lounging around toasting each other at how they don't have to work. You may show up at a particular time to the actual bank, just to find them at lunch or on a siesta. I would pick a different bank if you have any other choice.
