Another Taos business that can’t get it together. Called the bank three times to find out the documents I needed. No one can do anything except read a computer screen and have zero ability to answer a question that isn’t on the form.
Appointments are being made due to COVID-19, yet you still wait. four staff are standing around at the entrance doing nothing, there is one customer in the bank. The bank is unable to receive emails or open an attachment if your email miraculously arrives.
An utter waste of my time to use this bank for a business account.

I've experienced frustrations in the past with Nusenda, but I was really thrilled by the service I received today, so I wanted to leave an updated review. I called to resolve an issue and Victoria was incredibly patient and helpful in explaining the situation and my options. She went above and beyond to help me resolve this and get my account updated. Many Thanks!!

Great credit union with super friendly staff. Everyone here has always treated me with total respect. I've never been charged to cash a check. They notarize for free, even for nonmembers. Clean restrooms and free coffee.

I've never had a bad experience with Nusenda and have been banking with them for over 10 years now. Credit Unions are absolutely the way to go. I'm sad to see so many bad reviews of this bank... Seems like many of the customers have never banked with the really terrible banks like Wells Fargo or Bank of America. The only thing I can possibly see wrong with this bank is that the lines get long during peak hours, which is easy enough to avoid if you plan it right.

In the middle of the pandemic they closed my debit card, with no warning or communication. They have informed me I am now waiting 3-5 business days for a replacement, they also informed me shared branch banking is down. When I asked how I can access my money, or how to pay for groceries all I received was “I’m sorry, we should have told you”. My call to management was disconnected. This is an awful way to treat members, or people in general, especially during this challenging time.
