Be careful with this location. Please pay attention to your deposits. I’m not sure if they are trying to run a scam or just like to overcharge their clients. My father went to this branch to deposit a $600 dollar personal check into my acct. The person whom attend him was Ana and she made him purchase a cashiers check. He was charged $10 dollars to buy cashiers check when he was trying to deposit this check into my acct. When I called to clear up this mistake I spoke with Ashley she confirmed that this shouldn’t transaction should have not been approved. She told me she was going to make it right and speak with her manager Cindy and that they will be contacting me to see how they can make this right. I left my information with her and told her to call me the business day. Two days pass and no call so I decided to call the branch once again and try to get a hold of her to confirm how they were going to fix and reimburse my fee. I called 3 times and just got the run around that she was with a customer or on lunch or on break. Needless to say the 4th time I called I asked to speak directly to the manger Cindy I was transferred to her phone and went to voicemail I left a vm regarding the situation and my phone number for them to contact me. I still haven’t gotten a response. I have called corporate to fix this problem and make it right. They have opened a investigation regarding this manner and will hear back from them shortly. I am just disappointed on how they handled the situation. They obviously made a mistake and instead of correcting the mistake they are just ignoring me. I have been a Wellsfargo customer for more than 10 years and to be treated this way is disappointing. I have been such a loyal customer but this just left a very bad taste and I am considering closing my acct.

Why anyone would ever use this bank in a small town like this when there is a great credit Union in town blows my mind. Don't waste everyone in this town is very nice, but if course you get the "Wells Fargo gold standard" of rudeness in here.
I was treated extremely rudely and then I just walked over to everyone's credit Union across the street and met with the bank owner and was set up with a new account. I suggest everyone else do the same

Incredibly slow. Never go inside expecting a quick transaction. Furthermore, when I called about getting an account, or debit card for my child I was told there was nothing like that available. I called the wells Fargo in Amarillo and got a lot of help!

Went in to open an acct. only one teller available and said we would have to come back the next day because no one was available to help us. We left and went to another local bank that actually has employees and could help us! Half the lightbulbs were burned out, the decor was old and outdated the teller desk was falling apart. Wells Fargo needs to address this issue!!!
