It’s a hit and miss as to what type of customer service experience you may encounter. If you are dealing with Jen, you will have the most positive experience ever as she is so sweet, kind, attentive and as friendly as can be but if you are dealing with Christine, then you’ll have a mediocre experience. Christine is actually the opposite of Jen, she’s not rude but she is completely opposite from Jen. She made me log out and back in my dollar loan center account 5xs as if there was an error on my end and all the while she was the one who forget to submit something on her end and she brushed it off without acknowledging what she did wrong nor did she take any accountability amongst other negative things that happened during the call I had with Christine. This was just my personal experience.

Logged online to make a payment. They are now charging a service fee for convenience? Called to make a payment and they no longer can take payment over the phone. We agree to pay a high interest rate already and now you want to charge me more? I will be paying off as soon as I can, but will no longer use this company. There are others out there!

The process is efficient and fast the people are very helpful and kind , I also enjoy doing business with them because theywork with for you not against you. I would recommend them to any and everyone I know due to the awesome service. Thanks Mariel for the great experience

Don’t waste your time they just ask all of the same info you put in online over and over and you don’t get a decision unless you go in person.

Terrible, takes days. Very inconsistent.. asking for to much information, had to send in a picture my SSN, because they were acting like they didn’t trust me, Was questioned about my credit history that I’ve been working on as if I wasn’t worthy of their services. I was approved with Check City, no hassle for a $1400 loan, very sweet and caring people over there.. these ones were transferring me, hanging up in my face. Terrible experience. I do not recommend at all to anyone and advise Check City. Never heard of someone bring up a collection that’s being worked on asking me “what’s going on with that” be serious.

Tired getting a loan via online/phone for convenience. Got a call from Irene in the morning and she told me she would process the information and give me call back. Never called back. I called her and she tells me that I need to provide more information. I don’t believe she ever processed anything because all the information asked of me was protocol. 🤷♂️ get a loan somewhere else instead!

The process is easy and cab be done in person, on the phone and online. I've been able to pay back these loans much more easily than a credit card and the credit limits are what the customer can actually handle.
