I had spoken with Lee twice on the phone where 1st she said the reason instant verification wasn't working was because I had to download an app which was only for iPad/iPhone. I had told her that I didn't have gas to spend if it wasn't guaranteed (I know she couldn't 100% guarantee me a loan over the phone) I could get a loan. She said all I needed was 30 day bank statement, paystubs, debit card, and ID if I had all that there shouldn't be a problem. I made an appt with her next morning (2nd call) I get there and she then asks me if I have other loans out. I tell the truth and tell her about the delinquent loan I have unfortunately with dlc. She said "I can't do anything for you" which I understood. I then go into suggesting she could have told me that over the phone so I wouldn't have wasted the gas I didn't have. She THEN proceeds to say it's not on them to know if I have loans and as I try to give her this suggestion she proceeds to talk over me and cut me off as if she knew what words I was saying which she did not because I said "it was-" and she cut me off to say "no it was not misleading" and I said "no I wasn't going to say misleading I was going to say very upsetting". So if you are needing a loan know that mlc does not care to help you and will have you waste gas to tell you something in person they could have let you know over the phone. Very unprofessional!

Horrible customer service there lee and the other shirt gentleman. All in your personal business once they look at your bank statements that have nothing to do with a short loan. Not professional

I believe the guy I spoke with his name was “lee” terrible customer service. You would think they hire people with great customer service. WRONG! Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Im editing this because I noticed that the owner only reply’s to the good reviews about lee. Wondering if they’re close or something. It seems to me he cares more about lee than his customers. Will not be recommending this place to anyone.
