My whole experience with One Main was very positive. My loan rep, Tonya, was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. She made it easy for me to understand and got my loan for me in a minimal amount of time. She walked me through the whole process with ease. Thank you!

never get a loan through these people. they are loan sharks!!! apr is extremely high, so i got refinanced through my bank, gave them a check and they STILL charged my account $500 even though they were paid off! disgusting and unprofessional. not to mention they charged my account on a friday and will not be able to contact them until monday!! and apparently they're trying to be funny by commenting on credit scores, when that's not the focus (my scores pretty good given my age). the problem is they charged my card AFTER they were paid off. so like i said, avoid this place like the plague

I have dealt with other lending institutions before, I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised with the ease and professionalism the staff a one financial took care of my needs.
When I arrived at their location I was welcomed by Jessely, I had previously spoken with Anna the branch manager but Jessely took great care of me.
The whole transaction took less than 45 minutes.
Thank you One Main Financial, great Staff, excellent service.
I would highly recommend One Main Financial to anyone who is looking for a loan.

The staff is very unprofessional and annoying. Stop sending me Loan offers for a personal loan and trying to get me to use my car as collateral I would never refinance my vehicle at a high interest rate. Giselle ran my credit without my permission and every time I asked for a manager one is never available and it's been numerous amount of time trying to add extra unauthorised products to your loan I can't wait till this is paid off I will never deal with this company again because of my experience with the staff in the office I've had this loan for over a year and called in to notify them that I will be 2 days late paying which was still in the grace. And they give me a hard time and was trying to put me into some other type of program which I didn't need the payment was not late that month but they had so I got with just calling and asking a simple question Strays me away from ever dealing with this company again.

If you are absolutely desperate for money these parasites will assist you. I asked for loan assistance so I can have money to pay for the repairs on the vehicle that they own the title on. Their attitude with the conversation was short and quite smug.
So if you are absolutely desperate they will loan you money, but do not expect a decent interest rate or customer service with any kindness or benevolence.

I’m a very understanding and positive person first thing first, but business has nothing to do with your personal feelings. This was a complete nightmare!
Okay let’s start with the good…..
Amber (Manager) was nice and transparent and she definitely was very informative about everything.
There’s that! So the only reason I applied was to consolidate some debt I had and credit karma was recommending them so I went for it. The process started very smooth and then things became very strenuous. Every time I submitted a file or document it was like OK we have everything right now I will get back with you and then you look up they need something else. Long story short it ended up going like a month so finally when Amber says they had everything she tells me that for some reason my application expired, which isn’t my fault she said something about the company policy it usually doesn’t run your credit twice within a month but it may but she’s not sure. Initially I wanted to just cancel the entire process because it was becoming a headache so I said fine let’s just get it over with. She then calls me back and says for some reason it wouldn’t let her resubmit my application and they did another hard inquiry on my credit report.!!! Very unprofessional and inconvenient and I recommend you guys go elsewhere because this was just a waste of time.! Companies like this people feel like they can count on them if they encounter any hardships but this process was the complete opposite I’m a very positive person but I’m also a very honest person and I don’t recommend this company once again.!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE TWO FACED A$$HOLES. I APPLIED FOR A SMALL LOAN USING MY VEHICLE TITLE AS COLLATERAL THAT WAS DENIED. IN ORDER TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION, I SPOKE WITH MR. SAM AND HE GAVE ME ALL INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TO DO. I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS AS INSTRUCTED. THEY ALSO TOLD ME TO GO TO DMV AND HAVE DMV ADD THE NAME OF THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AS A "LIEN HOLDER" TO THE VEHICLE iN ORDER TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED AND BE EITHER APPROVED OR DENIED. SINCE THE LOAN WAS DENIED, THEY NEEDED TO RELEASE THE TITLE. ACCORDING TO DMV, THEY NEEDED TO RELEASE THE TITLE ELECTRONICALLY. INSTEAD, THEY GIVE ME A PAPER LIEN RELEASE THAT THEY NOTARIZED. WHY WOULD THEY GIVE ME A PAPER COPY WHEN THEY KNOW THAT IT MUST BE DONE ELECTRONICALLY? THEY KNOW WHAT TO DO BECAUSE THEY DO TITLE LOANS. I'M GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I'M ALSO GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE DMV. I AM ALSO GOING TO REPORT WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE. I WILL ALSO BE REPORTING THIS BUSINESS TO CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU (CFPB). SECURITY AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION (SEC). FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION (FDIC). DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (DOJ).THEY TELL YOU ONE THING AND THEY LATER WILL LIE TO YOU BY SAYING THAT THEY NEVER TOLD YOU THE FIRST THING THEY TOLD YOU. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. OTHERWISE, YOU WILL BE GIVEN A BIG HEADACHE! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CONARTIST, ALL OF THEM INCLUDING THE MANAGER. TO THIS MINUTE WHILE TYPING THIS REVIEW, THEY HAVE NOT RELEASED MY TITLE / LIEN. I MAY NEED TO SEEK LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THESE CONARTIST CLOWNS.
