So far so good. They have a lot of great products to offer their members, which is why we switched to them. Getting help and assistance setting up our accounts and services have been great so far. We had a couple problems, but they were all very nice and proactive in getting everything fixed and figured out. In today's world, it's refreshing to have people that try and care about helping you.

These banks are outa control. Constant lines that take forever. The. You Go In to make a deposit with the atm because it's 4x as fast as dealing w a human but the atms can't count then the machine steals. 200 bucks and the bank tells me I have to wait 2 weeks for them to "figure it out" naw.... Hell naw..

Their processes and service are sub par. It.always takes forever to get through their lines whether inside or outside. When you do get to the front of the line it still takes several minutes to make the simplest transaction, such as paying my mortgage. There is no live interaction as they are all hidden behind a wall and talk to you through a video screen. I find this a very poor choice and shows a complete lack of judgment in regard to customer service.

We’ve been customers here for years. Kim, especially, is always helpful and personable. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my financial transactions.

I’ve gone in multiple times and stand in the lobby for over 5 minutes and don’t get acknowledged even though I see employees playing on their phones in their offices. Tellers are slow too. I suggest the East Syracuse location over this one

Worst banking experience ever. I have banked with them for many years and it’s all about fees and taking your money when you don’t have it. I will be closing my account tomorrow and making sure everyone I know is aware of the terrible service and rude member service agents!! Thanks for over 7 years of bad service!
