Woah..... Just woah....
I've never been been treated so badly by a customer service rep ever. If you can, go to another Branch or bank.
To keep it simple, they lost my checks in the mail and literally blamed me for "giving" them the wrong address (despite the correct address being confirmed twice). Having floating checks in the mail is a huge security risk however they did not offer to resolve the situation or even refund me the money for the checks they lost!
The rep named "Raj" was so condescending and rude that it left my mouth open. Her snide remarks were spoken with a fake smile. In the end she refused to help me while repeatedly putting the blame on me.
If you care about securing your money and having representatives genuinely help, then seek out another bank.
