It was better before merger. Now all calls get directed to central office where there is always a wait to talk with someone. You used to be able to call Hudson and talk with someone who could access your account and handle any transaction immediately. For the consumer, bigger is not always better, Also, website does not list branch hours on main page. It's ok, but I'm sorry I voted for the merger.

Went to go clear a lien, our check was made out to our seller and Columbia-green the previous bank our sellers title was in and they denied our check saying they merged over a year ago yet the title stated the old banks name. The tellers were very rude & not helpful at all!

The Tellers and other associates at Sunmark are knowledgeable and friendly. I would advise not to call Sunmark as the local branch does not answer phone calls. The hold time is horrendous. I always visit the Hudson branch in person when needing advise or help. I recommend Sunmark highly!

Wouldn’t recommend going here at all I have been disputing an auto loan I never took out for last 3 months. I applied got accepted but never purchased the vehicle from the dealership but. Somehow two months later I find out that they have me in a loan for a car I never purchased on a loan I never ended up taking out. I contacted the attorney generals office today, after I called the second in charge corporate officer and then was told I’d be transferred to a lower end employee then was hung up on. These people a thief’s and I hope that the courts and attorney generals office will step in and put a stop to them and there steeling of People’s money and credit

This is not on the Hudson office. This is for the “solutions “ center. They talk over you. So you do raise your voice and then they say you are yelling at them. Finally I said “ listen to what I am saying “ Lexi was rude and not helpful. All you get is “I’m sorry” they is protocol! Finally I said the words “I’m sorry “ only truly mean something when behavior is changed. What behavior are you going to change? Or is that another way for you not to help?” No answer! Could not answer. All I asked was to release $20 of the tellers check I deposited today! They refused and said it won’t be available for 2 days because I moved to Tennessee and was convinced to stay with them and used shared banking. Lie lie lie!! You can go there if you want to wait 3-5 days for your money. In this economy I needed $20 to get gas to get home that night! Nope! They would not be kind and let me get to my own money. They are mean and uncaring human beings. I wouldn’t even call them people! Kindness goes a long way! You need to learn that!

The office itself is always helpful, but the Sunmark online payment system/website is absurdly difficult to navigate. So much so that I can’t wait to pay off this loan and never do business with them again.
