Unprofessional! Opened account on Thursday & tried to set up online banking: it did not accept the data & would not go through. Told Jacob immediately & he said he'd make a change to make it work. Didn't work Friday, left message, no response. Talked to Online help on Monday-she didn't know why it didn't go through & said contact branch. Talked to Jacob again & he said he'd fix it. Went into the branch Tuesday to get him to set up the online banking. He couldn't do it & finally admitted there was a restriction on the account. Said he would have it lifted within the hour & he would call me & we would set it up together. Never called. Branch closed at 3 & he went home. No call. Still no online banking. I'm looking for another bank.

This is the best bank I have ever used ! The tellers are all super friendly and ready to help with any needed information whether it is for loans, savings, mortgage questions or just to check your balance.

Was denied a home loan even though my credit score was a 698. Reasons for denial a credit card that I disputed because of fraud and was told I was not responsible for by the company and a car loan that I co-signed for that had delinquent payments even though the loan was paid off early. not right

Extremely slow. Waited over a half of hour to open an account, horrible customer service, I'll take my business to the local credit union where my business actually matters.
