My wife went in at the Newark location and got treated really bad by two employees. This really uncalled for. I do alot of business with u guys and what a shame hope upper management calls and resolves this pretty quickly

I have never had a bad experience with ESL Newark, always very friendly and know what they're doing! Been doing business with them for 3+ years, never had any issues with the bank in general!

Horrible Service! Was in the drive thru waiting for 10 minutes behind 1 vehicle infront of me. Hand the teller my vehicle payment with $500.00 and the vehicle payment deposit slip with $500 written on it. She still asking me questions. lol
last time I came thru different employee was there a younger 1 that gave me a difficult time bc I didnt bring the slip in.My advice is to better train your staff for sure, When you go inside the people are nice as pie seems to be the tellers in drive thru that need work, 15:30-15:40 check it out

I do not recommend this bank. I have just spent the better part of 1.5 hours on hold for 2 different phone calls to be told the type of account created I can't do what I asked to do when I set up the account originally. So I spoke to 2 people who heard me say I wanted to be able to handle stuff online with the app and I can't, supposedly, because it is a Rep Payee account. What horrible customer service and I will definitely be looking at other banks. Not one of those 2 people were properly informed or informed me for that matter and that speaks VOLUMES to what kind of institution they are running. I shouldn't have to call multiple times just to get the correct information and my member #that was NEVER provided to me when I set up the account.
