Don’t go here. I left to go to Genesee regional. Way better bank and don’t have to worry about late fees. Witch are ridiculous with this bank. They need to fire Terri Gaiteri. Very rude.

Don't go there I had stuff sopse to be automatically out but they didn't do their job ended up paying tons of late fee cancelled everything

Great credit union! Member service representatives very fast paced and helpful! Very organized branch and helps you find the solution to any question you may have at a very rapid pace! Staff is kind, caring, and very fast! Plus their auto loan rates are the best!

The best credit union in Rochester! They treat you like family and will go out of their way to help whatever financial situation you're in. Unlike other institutions, they actually care about you as opposed to just making money off you. Nancy, Eric, Robert, and all others are wonderful, helpful people. I have been at this branch for 5 years, and I would recommend it to anyone searching for an honest, caring credit union. Always a great experience here :)

Both my wife and I are members. We were diligently and professionally served by Nancy who had expedited our car loan process. I would absolutely make a recommendation to become a member of this branch and seek any one of these top notch professionals to assist with your banking needs.

Worst experience at a bank that I ever had. If I could give this bank zero stars I would! PAULA FRITZ the Branch "Manager" was the one who assisted me during my time there and she very unprofessional. First, she did not even dress like someone who would be a manager of a bank, sloppy clothing and dirty sneakers. Then she asked me for my social security number while her office door was wide open, I asked if I could close her door. Who wants to say their social security number out loud like that? Then Paula asked if I wanted to write my social security number down on paper for her, which I agreed. Paula is going to say the last four of my social out loud.... like that defeats the purpose of me writing my personal information down on paper. Then when asked for my email address she had a smart remark "you want to write that down too?". Like who hired you?? I was nice to this lady the whole time but honestly DO NOT think she had my best interest at heart. I do not think this is a good place to bank or even get a loan from. Nothing looked professional and the communication has been horrible. Do not believe thier advertisement on thier interest rates because it's all a joke. Go to ESL or somewhere where the staff actually look professional. P.S. If you are a person of COLOR, they will not have your best interest in mind! They will be sarcastic and try to take you money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! ADVANTAGE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION AND PAULA FRITZ ARE UNPROFESSIONAL!

I’ve been with this bank for years. Best rates around and amazing staff at this location (gates). I’ve never been to another location yet.
