Jessica Dunn was so incredibly helpful with an emergency situation. She took the time to look into what needed to be done and helped me through the problem. She took the time at 1:30 on Saturday a half hour before they closed the branch. Wonderful customer service and the tellers are just as wonderful. Thank you all for making my day brighter.

My father passed away recently and there was some confusing bank business I needed to address. I received excellent help from Holly Lombardo, who guided me through it with skill, compassion, and respect. She made a stressful time for me so much easier.

Went in to set up a checking and savings account after having really bad experience with Ulster savings and constant fraudulent charges on my account… So when I went into the bank I was greeted by the teller who had me wait for one of the other employees to set me up with an account. While waiting in the lobby high could overhear the two employees chatting about how somebody wanted to live with her and the two of them stayed in their conversation not caring at all that I was currently waiting. Then when the one employee acknowledged that she had somebody waiting and got up from her conversation the other employee gave zero Acknowledgment to me patiently waiting. She was a heavyset blonde older lady with a seafoam phone case on her phone, and I know this because I sat there and watched her text away while I waited and she had no care to take care of my needs so I got up and left. This is a very unprofessional bank in my opinion and I wouldn’t want further experiences like this from people that handle my finances.

I cannot say enough about the experience that my daughter and I had opening a Young Adult Checking Account with Saugerties Branch Manager Linda Scofield. Not only did Linda stay past closing time to help us, but she explained every aspect of how to use the new account, the risks of having an account and fraud risk, and much more. Absolutely 5 star service!

I used that bank since I was a baby as accounts were set up for me. I was accused of stealing my own money and when I went to shut my accounts down I got told that I had to bring in my abusive mother whom I'm no contact with in to sign off on everything because she's the primary holder. So I drained it all and went elsewhere. I ended up having to continue to use the checking account through them to pay one of my bills. Last night I got an e-doc stating I had a month from June 15th to change the account number associated with the account through whom the bill is due. This bill is due in 2 days and if they can send out the statements to both I and my abuser at the same time every month, this should have been no different. Instead, because I'm a joint holder on my own accounts and the only one using it, I got the notice late. So I will be completely draining everything today and will have everything done through the other bank I'm happier at. Awful service. Will NEVER recommend.
