Very unhappy with the treatment I was given today. I have been a member over 20 years. Being a First Responder I fully understand the Covid-19 precautions, but I waited in line for over 15 mins only to be told they closed at 2:00 PM. The workers allowed the car in front of me in line and not me. I have not received any text messages or phone calls, not even a sign posted stating the new hours. How do you treat your loyal long-time customers like this? How do you close so early, when some people get out of work at 5 PM.

Went to get change for my job. They have an account here. 1st teller says it's fine, second teller says they can't give change for a $20. I'm buying a house soon. If I can't get change for a $20 here, I definitely won't be using them for my mortgage!
