The manager from this bank shouldn't hold his position and if I can find out who to talk to he won't! His name is Eric and he down right is rude and handles his job unprofessionally. They have caller ID there and for weeks I know somebody who tried calling Eric and even left him messages. After two weeks of waiting for a return call the guy tried calling back to Eric's office and nobody answered. I told my buddy hey block your number and see if they answer Literally after calling two times and no answer then we blocked the number Eric picked up after the first ring. He handles people's privacy horribly. Literally one day I called him for something I won't go into detail I still bank there and am afraid of what he is capable of with my money. I then went in to talk to him and the lady at the desk knew all I was there for even without saying a word. Then I sit down and I can hear them all whispering about me and my credit. Who can I report this guy to? If anyone with info plz let me know. There is tons he has done to manipulate my funding and overdraft stuff but I won't go into detail on here.

This is a bank that is extremely reliable, reliable to not post your direct deposits in a manner that will cover bills going through the account. if you want to bank here, lets say your deposit comes in on a friday, make sure that you have money in the account on thursday to cover any payments going through on friday, because, they will post the payments before your deposit. 100% --- PREDATORY PRACTICES TO PRAY ON THE LESS FORTUNATE

I don't understand the (current) low rating for this AmeriCU branch. Every time I've come in to do something, I haven't had an issue. Their lobby is accessible and their terminals in the lobby allow you to do an array of functionality without even speaking to a teller. Pre-Covid (and possibly currently, not sure) they had a change machine where you throw your change in and it will convert it to cash for you, without a charge.
I have had bank offers through here when I was younger and they weren't as good as other banks - but that's fine. My credit wasn't spotless and while I was disappointed not to take the offered loan, I still appreciate my member services offered with AmeriCU.
If I were to have one complaint, it would be to fix the drive through ATM as it's way too recessed and I have to climb halfway out my vehicle every time to use it. I'm not a NASCAR driver, I'm not trained to enter and exit my vehicle through my window (lol).

It is absurd how many times, this bank has mishandled my finances. After leaving this institution with joy, it is now a share branch to my home bank from home. The nightmare continues as it did 3 years ago.
The staff absolutely kind, but I am not here to access that. This is my families hard earned money and it's constantly mishandled. Can you please elucidate why? And how ?

Tyis C. was very helpful and personable when I came to this location to open a new account, as this was my first time doing business with a credit union. He was able to answer any questions that I had and made it a very easy process. Will continue to do business here.
