I have been a member here for 30+ yrs they have always been great for me I have been in banks before never as good as ilfcu

Very poor customer service skills, the attendants lack the necessary information to relay to members. I received a fraud alert over a month ago after having my debit card for only two weeks. It was fraud so i had to cancel my card called the bank they informed me it could take up to 2 weeks a month later i call back and a new card was nvr even ordered. On top of that the person i was on the phone with had the nerve to sound frustrated with me that their bank in incompetent.

The bank always has issues with their computer system. I have direct deposit and it doesn’t go in the account till late in the morning where my other accounts deposit at 2 am . They are zero help if you need anything especially Paula she’s useless and horrible customer service

There was a storm which knocked out the entire towns power, so we are unable to access our account or use our debit cards and the bank spent the entire day with their fingers crossed hoping it would be fixed. At 3pm they decided to “try” to get the server running with a generator. Should’ve been doing that at 8am! Choose a bank that appreciates its customers not this one!
