Blocked me from making a payment on their website. Even though they have my declaration of car insurance. Went to call to make my car payment now I can't even do that because their automative system isn't going through its just taking me straight to a voice-mail and they will shut my car off tomorrow.

Sold us a lemon from the beginning. They told me the vehicle would last the whole loan. But they lied it’s been sitting in my drive way since October of last year we couldn’t get it to run

In October we decided to buy a new Chrysler van. I could not decide if we would go with a 2019 or 2020. We told Jeff Ciotti what we were looking for and considering. I have never had a salesman work so quickly and efficiently. At the end of the day, with our new van, I felt like we mattered. Jeff was wonderful and we will continue buying from him in the future. They are a great place to get a car when your in need i made all my payment on time and asked multi times if their reporting tot he credit and I was told yes and it showed that they were not reporting and I went to trade my car in for a better one was told I needed 2k down plus the value of the trade in . I would recommend them if you are in need .I went to anther dealer and they took my trade in gave me 700 more then what the car was valued and only needed 500down to a better and more safer car

Kody Dewitt is one of the best salesman I have ever had an interaction with this is my first car purchase ever nowhere else would give me a Car loan and he was able to get me in a car that we liked very friendly staff. I would hang out with dude on the weekend so if anyone needs a car go and ask for Kody and tell them Koty sent u I am pleased with my experience, and I will continue going there from here out.
