The Ashtabula branch is the worse branch of Andover banks . The people are beyond slow waited over 20 min to cash a check with only 1 car in front of me.. bank wasn't busy teller didnt know how to do her job and everyone else was just standing around watching. Plus put a hold on my check that I deposit monthly never have a prob at any of the other branches. The tellers don't have customer service skills at all their very rude n snippy! This is the only bank I have ever had a problem with!! Rest of the branches are great!!

Plenty of parking, convenient location, the younger female staff tend to be rude. Use the drive thru if you can, then you won’t feel like you’re bothering them as much.

Sure, they are not perfect - don't lose your debit card, it takes 8-10 days to get a replacement but then again, it could have been the USPS. The important thing is their customer service is always wonderful and they don't have huge lines at any one location because they have closed all the smaller branches. Throughout this COVID mess, they have made it as easy as possible and staff their branches with enough people - won't say that about the other 2 banks I deal with.

My Daughter who is disabled banks at this place. A few Months ago her Debit card was hacked buy scammers. She called the bank and they said because the scammers bought 470.00 dollars in gift cards she could not get her money back. I will check with the FDIC. After talking with the local branch we found out it was the fraud department said we couldn't be reimbursed the money that was taken. The local Branch was very helpful and submitted the claim and now it looks like she wont loose all the money that was taken. Thanks so much for your help Andover Bank in Ashtabula.

Don’t be even a dollar short on your loan or they’ll report you to the credit bureaus as a missed payment!

Great bank to deal with. Very friendly service and I'm always treated like a valued customer. The loan officer Tim will go above and beyond to make your loan application as easy as possible. Very rare these days.
