I have been a member of th ashtabula credit union for 25 + years. All of the employees provide great service. It's a great place for my banking.

I have been banking with them for a little over 3 years now and I can't say anything, but positive things. My credit score was really low and I couldn't get approved by anyone...they approved me! Now I have excellent credit. I love my credit union!!

Great folks. I’m a terrible customer. Yet they still tolerate me. A big thank you to everyone here, especially Diane. Would absolutely bank again!

Horrible bank. Awful customer service, the website to check your account online is a hassle to use.

Tellers don't take care about there members at all

I am closing my account at your credit union immediately. You have locked me out of my card three times this week. If I want to spend my money, I will. I don't want your permission! Greedy bank! I'm taking my money and finding someone who isn't a miserable shekel-pinching leviathan.
