I wish i had the option to do no stars this places a joke got a laptop from them had in a couple days. Tried opening up it once. And the screen was coming apart and they said i did it like. They didnt even open it and look at it when I got it they didn’t erase the old people person stuff off of it. This place needs a new manager. Sorry but when you open a laptop, one time you don’t break it and have the screen peeling off, I will never buy another thing from this place again. They don’t deserve anybody’s business.

Terrible customers service lowkey attitudes an always trying to close early when they are supposed to be open they'll shut down an hour 30 mins ahead everyday they can leaving customers in a bad spot if youre having a busy day

I'm obviously only speaking on my experiences with cash land. They have always been more than fair on prices when something is simply being pawned and held untill it is picked back up. Never had a problem with staff worth gripping over so that's all there is in this review.

This place sucks we bought a tv and they told us about the flexshopper option there was no fees just interest after 90 days if not paid off. That ended up not being true we went back trying to return item they would not allow it and said that everyone that is employed there would have told us there were fees and THEY DID NOT. The main guy that works there is a liar and not nice at all. I recommend never buying from cashland unless you pay for your item before walking out. Never going back there again.

Don't bring your laptop here unless you want the value based on the thickness of it instead of the actual specs. I could go buy a brand new one that's the exact thickness of mine. I couldn't believe my ears. Went elsewhere where they knew how to value it and got exactly what I needed. The dude that jumped in on the sale has always been a BS'r even when I'm in buying stuff. No wonder their stock is getting worse. He's ruining that store! Because that was another one he tried using to base the price off of. One day it's because they have too much stock and this time it was because they have too little. I'm confused?
I've seen the game played each time, he walks by the employee that's with you at the counter and makes a comment. Sparks up a conversation and hits you with a pennies on the dollar offer. Nope!

Business wasn't to bad until I was late on a payment but I called for the date I needed to pay on it by and they gave me the wrong date apparently. When I went in to pay on my account before the date they gave me and they had already sold the item and claimed that they could do nothing for me. So I recommend that u make multiple calls on due dates that way if one employee gives u the wrong date u won't lose your important personal belongings like I did. Who would think an employee would give you the wrong dates?? Apparently it sounds odd to me considering they kept wanting to buy my item as it was in high demand. So be careful and don't just take one employee's word if your calling because clearly that's not good enough. So sad that they did this. I'll Never give them Business again. I also recommend not trusting them with high demand items because of this. Was it really a mistake or did someone there purchase the item? I'd sure love to know.
