Don't waste your time with this place. Go to another credit union!! My fiance and I was in the process of refinancing our car with a loan officer, we stop hearing from her so I called and apparently she isn't there anymore. So I contacted another loan officer and she never called back either. We kept getting the run around. Needless to say they're very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with.

Wonderfully friendly, helpful,safe and I highly recommend this location for all.

Best alternative to large banks.

I had an issue with the Muskingum Branch and called into Belpre and spoke with Ryan the Branch Manager and he was able to fix the issue immediately. He apologized for the rudeness from the teller at Muskingum. He was very polite and professional. Thank you!!!

After 16 years of having all business and personal accounts, plus all mortgages and car loans, I have walked away. The institution is not what it once was. Via referrals of my employees I gave Riverview about 75 new accounts. We are all walking away. For years I felt like a valued member but with new leadership team we sadly became just another number.
