The most helpful bank I have ever delt with. A real pleasure doing business there. I have had several loans thru mid west and had a great experience each time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a better banking experience.

I left my former credit union looking for online banking and longer hours. After some research, Midwest Community seemed like a good fit. Until I started receiving all the junk mail. This is a "member benefit" according to them. All types of insurance offers and if you don't reply to the first mailing some send you the next one with "SECOND NOTICE" across the front of the envelope. I have been asking for almost 6 months to opt out of these offers but no one can seem to tell me why I'm still getting them. One person told me I would have to contact each company and ask to be removed. Needless to say I'm very frustrated and when I threatened to leave them one girl told me that I was welcome to move my money, pay off my Visa card then hung up on me. I wrote PLEASE REMOVE ME across the page of one offer and sent it back, now I get at least one letter a week from that company. I just got a letter from my former Credit Union that their online banking is coming soon so I will be preparing to go back. Hard lesson learned, it was a lot of work to change to them now it will be the same moving back.
