I've used this bank for 15 years and never had a single issue. I refuse to bank anywhere else. The one issue I have, which is due to a recent change, is that they charge $3 to transfer money even if it's to an account at the same bank. The only way to avoid the charge is to physically go into the bank and complete the transaction. If my mom has the same bank and I want to transfer money to her and it's inconvenient for me to go to the bank, why in the world should I have to pay $3 for that? It's been free all these years!

It takes way to long to post to your account if you pay something electronically. Usually 3-4 days. I guess that’s how they make more money charging for an overdraft. Ridiculous

Great customer service ! Kayla was wonderful in setting up my accounts today and also very quickly. All very friendly, glad I made the decision to switch banks !

We will never trust our money in this institution again! They won’t even tell you if the customer bounces a check they will just take the money back from your account and bounce all of your checks With no notice causing credibility problems! Very inconvenient online banking system you’re better off to go with a mainstream bank or the one next door! They employ immature girls and a manager that also tell business owners and locals about your financial status!

I’m a six-figure customer here and I can tell you the service I received here is nothing but horrible. They have no respect for their customers or privacy, personal account information was given to others without my permission and when I asked about it they simply hung up on me. They will not take accountability for their mistakes! There are two other banks within walking distance, don’t make the same mistake I did.
