1 star because I desposted a check and since I unexpectedly showed up they said I would revive it within a week and it’s been 2……… Like how you ganna hold my money what?

I have always had THE BEST service here!! Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful! If I have any questions, they are very quick to get me the answers. I would never trust anybody as much as I trust this credit union. They always have my back! The employees are always there to greet me with a smile even when they have a huge line! LOVE THIS PLACE!!

The people at Dynamic are always friendly! They always greet you with a smile even when they are busy! They are very quick to help and will get you answers in a timely manner! Bree helped me open an account and answered all my questions. She explained everything very through and made me feel very comfortable and confident with trusting them with my money!

If I could give 0star I would ! The employee in this bank are rude & have very bad customer service ! We walked in and sit for 1/2 an hour nobody come to us and asked us if they could help! Mind them, they were chatting ! One employee was with customers and the other four were chatting. One look at us and walk up to the other employee and talk as if they didn’t see us. Never have I seen poor customer service in all my life ! We didn’t feel welcome & it was a horrible experience ! I would not recommend this place to anyone I know!

Dynamic Federal Credit Union did a great job helping us get the loan we needed for our brand new house. I will never forget the fast service that they gave us and the caring steps throughout the entire process. Thank you so much, Annette for helping us make our dreams come true.

What an unprofessional, rinky dink ran financial institution. I typically bank at Chase, whom I’ve always been happy with and who have great security. My partner recently opened a saving account here as he has banked for a long time and also we had just sold a joint owned RV we had proceeds from to deposit. WHAT A MISTAKE. I was needing to send additional money to his account to buy our next RV - so we did a test wire. And then a second wire of the larger amount. Still talking peanuts amount of money in the grand scheme of things. The wires were a fiasco. The reason people wire money is so it arrives QUICKER. It took them THREE DAYS to process the wire to his account from when they received it. And then for some reason - without his knowledge- they pulled his credit report (we got a notice from a monitoring bureau we use). He called to inquire why they pulled his credit and was basically treated like a criminal or drug dealer for having wire activity. AGAIN, a small amount of money. So then, we find an RV we want to purchase and return to them to get cash for it as the seller requested rather than a check. We were told by Dynamic that we could not get more than $5,000 cash on demand and that we would have to ORDER the rest of the money (in whole - less than $20k - you would think most financial institutions would have this on hand and available - mine did) and we would have to wait A WEEK TO GET OUR OWN CASH. A WEEK!!! We were fortunate that the seller of the RV was a private party and willing to patiently wait while our OWN money was made available to us. Or we likely would have lost the RV we wanted. INSANITY! So the best part is when we go to pickup our cash request a week later. He went in as I had a phone call. I ended up coming in a bit later as I wondered why it was taking so very long. There he was - IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LOBBY FACING THE MAIN DOORS - where anyone walking in had access - counting the money he received from the teller. I asked what was going on. He indicated he had asked her to count it back to him - and she would not. She said she’d ran it thru the cash machine that counts it when it was received and that’s all they do. He asked if he could have some place to count it - she points to the lobby kiosk in front of the main door where any random person could come along. So he was standing there counting. I started to help - and then had to go back to the teller window to ask for another cash strap. She said she’d bring some out. When she did, I mentioned that I used to be a head teller and vault teller at a local financial institution for several years and not once in my life had I seen a place tell someone be REFUSED a cash count back and told to count their own money and then refused a private, secure place to do so and told to count it in the lobby. Another employee (gentleman) came out of his office and I explained the same to him. He did not said anything and walked back into his office and shut the door. Teller went back to her window. We stood and continued to verify the money.
THEN THE REAL AUDACITY - we got a phone call today from a credit union employee indicating they wanted to speak to us about how upset THEIR EMPLOYEE was and how WE could better handle it in the future. RIDICULOUS!! Also included all sorts of incorrect info like they offered us a private room or offered to let us watch the cash machine count it - THEY DID NOT. IF PROFESSIONALISM AND SECURITY is at all something you value - I wouldn’t bother with this place. YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Side note: we changed our address last year to a ups box to receive mail while we are traveling. It’s in another county. They have been hassling my partner ever since as to why and if he doesn’t live etc in the county he can’t continue to be a member. Evidently, no one there is aware of the Federal Credit Union Act and that as long as we met the Fields of Membership at the time we become a member (owner) that we are members then for life. CLUELESS!
