They will only take 97% of your loan payoff so they can charge you the extra interest months later. Check Smart will blame First Financial. When you call to dispute the First financial (who the loan is through) no supervisor or employee is available that can speak comprehensible English. Good luck.

I got a loan here, the process was quick and easy. I was approved pretty much immediately and the employees were kind. My issue is, I was told one amount I would have to pay back and when I called to pay my loan off EARLY was told a larger amount than I was told I would have to pay off, at 40 dollars more than the original pay back amount I was told. I did not like this at all and was given no explanation. I had to pay back the loan regardless but I won’t be going here again.

Hailee and Lisa are absolutely the best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with and their level of professionalism and friendlyness is unmatched. Chillicothe Checksmart got two extraoridinary gems when these gals moved there from the Circleville location and I hope the company recognizes their wonderful employees.
