Get with 2022 and register with PayPal, also, if I want a spending limit set I should have to ask for it not be told, it’s such a hassle to call in and raise it everytime I have a large expense. Last time I tried to raise it I was put on hold 3 times in a row due to being transferred to the one specific employee who could do such a task. I believe it’s time for me to find a different credit union.
Employees are extremely nice and helpful, if you’re 50+ and still write checks at the grocery store, this credit union is for you.

My mom opened an account here and asked if I could be added to it because she is disabled and I pay her bills for her. They said yes, then after we went through all the paperwork, they said they couldn't do that. They don't send out paper statements but when she needs one printed out to turn in for proof of assets, they charge her $5 for each sheet of paper. No one ever seems to know how to do anything. The one time we made a withdrawal through the drive thru window, they gave us the wrong amount of money, which I luckily counted before pulling away. I'd say the only thing that works is the atm but that is down frequently, usually around the 1st of the month, so I think they just let it get drained when everyone comes to withdraw rent money.

I see people have just a few complaints, understand that this is a credit union bank. Hands-down the absolute best that I have ever dealt with. Very professional, Respectful and polite! I have been banking here for a while and can honestly say I have not had any bad experiences whatsoever, definitely nothing to complain about thank you for your service!

I am not liking how they conduct business. For years I had an increased daily spending limit so I can pay my bills on time. Due to security reasons I now have to phone in and have them increase my daily spending limit every month. When my card got compromised from a local business I had to wait months for a new card because they were trying to get a cheaper card company.
While the employees are friendly, I think it might be time to find a different bank/credit union for my business.

I have been with the Credit Union for more than 20 years and I have had nothing but great service. I do not mind paying ATM fees as the Credit Union has never charged me service fees no matter what my balance is in my accounts. I have also had 3 car loans and 1 personal loan and just got approved for another car loan in 2018. I would recommend this financial institution to everyone!

I give 3 stars because I just went to get a printout of my past 2 months statements and was told there is a 5.00 fee. I find this ridiculous. Most all banks do not charge a fee for this. Not much advantage here for being a member of a veterans credit union

I've had a great experience with Chivaho. I don't understand why all of these reviews are negative. My mom worked at a credit union for years and I have high expectations. I will recommend Chivaho to everyone!
