AMANDA IS HORRIBLE. If I could leave no stars I would. After having a horrible experience with AMANDA, I will never associate myself with advance America ever again. This specific location is a joke. At the end of the day she signed up for this job, so she should have the human decency to perform the tasks that the job requires. Instead she was condescending and racist. Because i have an accent while speaking in English does not give her a right to ask for someone who speaks English. Mind you, I have not had any problems in the past with anyone not understanding me because my accent. That is why I am so upset about the situation. Instead of trying to understand what I am saying she immediately hangs up and yells at me? That is absolutely unacceptable for anyone in customer service. I’ve experienced better service at “dick’s last resort”. And to top it all off, instead of the organization reaching out to apologize, they are having people praise Amanda in the reviews. Well I am capable of doing the same. This experience was so condescending and I do not want anyone else to experience something like this because absolutely no one deserves such horrible service. I will continue to leave reviews until an apology is given.

I came to advance America for the first time the one located on West 138th and Lorraine and Melissa took care of me a customer service was amazing the place was clean she was very helpful and explained everything and details and I got the loan that I wanted thank you very much and I’d like to remain a customer for a very long time thank you

If I could give 0 stars I would. The disrespect and attitude I received from an employee named Amanda is ridiculous!!! As a concerned customer I had questions and she was rude the entire phone call and seems like she hates her job. Advance America do better with hiring employees that actually want to work.
