I live in Cleveland Ohio and I must say I am going through a hard time, along with a lot of people but TINA she was very patient with me, I had to do a lot of work to get everything that I needed for the loan done, and to my surprise it all worked out. Thank You So Much Tina For Everything

The most unhelpful and rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life the customer service representative seemed reluctant to even want to do her job I will never do business with Check Smart again

My experience with the staff at check smart has always been professional! The wonderful staff is hard working, kind and Charismatic at the Fulton road location. Most of the staff is Bilingual and all are efficient, effective and very through when explaining and making sure that you understand the terms and conditions. I have always receive a warm welcome from everyone there. I would recommend this location to all my family and friends!

To tell you the truth it was a complete mess i went in to cash a check from a customer i do work for i was in there for over an hour to cash a check with no one in line i understand theres processes and procedures that they have to follow and thats really not why im irratated the check was for $350 dollars i asked the girl if i still get my same % since ive been cashing checks there she said no and that it was 5.9% ok which i didnt like but i agreed to so at the end when i signed the check and she was processing it she looks at it and said oh this is a personal check and the rate is 10% after i signed and agreed to do it at 5.9% it was totally wrong and ive been cashing checks here for years who would of cashed the check for me once it was signed i had no choice but to cash it but it was totally wrong i should have known it was 10% before i signed that check i will never do business here again at least not at this one then they call my customer and ask for his account number which he called me and said he was not feeling comfortable with the questions she was asking about his bank info . I have did alot of business with checksmart and 9 times out of 10 im out of there fairly quickly this experience was terrible and a hour to cash a check is a bit outrageous.
